Mark Zoerb has been one of the lead Service Technicians at our Davidson Dealership for the past 14 years. Upon hearing the news of receiving this prestigious award Mark said, “I'm very honored to be the Territory Technician of the Year and was excited that I had been nominated for it. It is nice to see that John Deere recognizes people for their contribution to the workplace and the communities they live in.”

Mark is an all-around leader in the shop as Service Manager, Neil Zoerb explains Mark’s work ethic, “Mark is proficient with all types of equipment, he’s great at diagnosing and finding root cause of repair. He easily shares his knowledge with others, which helps the whole shop, and he excels at building customer relationships. It is nice to see that Mark was recognized by people outside of our shop for his abilities”.

The John Deere Territory Technician of the Year Award is granted to technicians who are a tremendous representative of John Deere and their dealers by their commitment and dedication to their work inside the dealership and out in the community. These technicians play a crucial role in supporting customers to keep them up and running through technical expertise, leveraging Deere and dealer resources, but most importantly by building deep trust with all customers. This is something that Mark takes great pride in, as he explains “Western Sales is a great place to work because they believe in the small-town approach for both their customers and employees, from sponsoring fundraising events to encouraging employees to participate in those events. I appreciate working in a small townlike Davidson because I can help customers that I know personally outside of the working environment. I am also able to work flexible hours to help with minor sports and other activities in the community for my young family.”
